Jeanette Zvargulis and Sallie Saunders are two artists deeply interested in responding to their environments - physical, remembered, imagined and immersive.

As friends, the artists have shared experiences, memories and responses to some significant aspects of their environments and have responded to the art making work of the other. Joyous realism connecting to more abstract responses in colour, shape and line.

In this way a variety of art making has emerged to engage the viewer in exploring elements large and small, physical and emotional and to hope for a greater engagement with our shared world.
